German to English translation services
The rate for a translation is calculated according to the actual amount of text to be translated, generally on the basis of the number of "standard lines of text" (55 characters, including spaces) in the target language (i.e. English).
My standard rate for a translation is EUR 1.25 per standard line of text. I do not impose surcharges for weekend work or work during public holidays.
Language review and proofreading services
My hourly rate for translation reviews or proofreading of documents drafted in English is EUR 47.50. Again, I do not impose surcharges for weekend work or work during public holidays.
